I just had new aluminum attic stairs installed by Rodney and Matt. I couldn’t be happier! These two craftsman removed the old wooden stairs and installed the new aluminum stairs with a minimum of fuss and a great deal of professionalism. I’ve used Wayne before for new outdoor shutters and they were also a fantastic installation and have greatly improved the appearance of my house. I plan on using Wayne Overhead Door and Home Improvements for all of my home projects on the future. I also don’t want to forget the office manager Judy - her job coordination and quick responses were invaluable.
We had an emergency situation with our garage door & the staff went above and beyond to provide same day service. Elijah was our tech & was extremely professional & friendly. He answered my questions as he proceeded with the report. We ended up need an additional part that he did not have on his truck & he made arrangements to have it delivered to him to complete the repair the next morning. Instead, he called & asked if he could stop by later the same day to finish the job as the part was delivered to him. Absolutely went above & beyond!!! He deserves A+++ rating. We will call this company again for future garage & home improvement needs!

Elijah came to my daughter's house today due to an issue with her garage door opener. He explained the problem and options. We discussed the options and then called my daughter. She chose a new opener system. Elijah installed it professionally and then assisted us in programing all the hand held and car installed remotes. We highly recommend this company.
